Estate Planning

We strongly believe that everyone should have a proper Will. For this reason, we insist on keeping our Wills and Power of Attorneys as affordable as possible. We take an all encompassing approach to estate planning to ensure that your Plan is effective by discussing with you how you are holding certain assets, such as real estate, and how you are listing designated beneficiaries on life insurance policies and/or certain investments.

Accessibility

We focus on two different aspects when it comes to accessibility.  Not only in terms of providing mobile legal services to clients who may have mobility issues, but also in the sense of having access to the lawyer working on your file.  One of the benefits of using a smaller office is the ability to actually meet with, speak to and/or receive a reply email from the lawyer working for you. It seems pretty basic to our office that clients may actually want to contact the lawyer and not just get their calls directed straight to voicemail.  Our office also does not nickel and dime clients for every call and email. By having better communication with our clients we have found that not only does it result in happier clients but it also allows us to provide better service by being more fully engaged on each file.
